Scarlett Rain is a music educator and jazz vocalist based in Chicago, IL.​ She holds a BM in Music Education with a focus in Jazz Voice from DePaul University. She has consistently been on the Dean's List with a GPA of 3.79/4.0 and has been a member of DePaul's School of Music student organization for Music Education since 2022.

Scarlett has been performing around the Chicagoland area since 2018 with cover bands, vocal trios, big bands, and small combos. In 2025, the vocal jazz ensemble she sings tenor in at DePaul was recognized in Downbeat Magazine's 48th Annual Student Music Awards. They received an Outstanding Performance Award in the Large Undergraduate Vocal Jazz Ensemble category. 

Along with performing, Scarlett is passionate about supporting both children and adults with disabilities. From 2019-2024, she spent time volunteering with the SRCA Community For Adults with Disabilities. This experiences carries over into her classroom, where her main focus is creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
